This is the final statewide essential facility layer for all facilities inside and outside of floodplain. Points inside floodplain were reconciled with points outsidefloodplain by Kevin.

The original layer was created by Kevin Kuhn compiling data from multiple layers of essential facilities. It contains the verified essential facilities in floodplains in addition to the ones out of flood zones.

In this final layer, the last edits by 8/24/2021 were applied by Behrang to match the final layer of essential facilities within the floodplain. Additionally, a comments field was added to show the facilities with more than one point in the BLRA.
