Description: This dataset represents the 2 Public Utility Districts (PUDs) in Amador County and the status of their boundary review and verification. The Amador Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) Executive Officer and the Amador County Transportation Commission, GIS Coordinator reviewed all formation and annexation case files, recorded maps and documents and California State Board of Equalization Tax Rate Areas in order to accurately map the correct boundaries of the PUDs. The 2 districts are:
Kirkwood PUD – Mapped in 2013; verification in process by LAFCO 2021
River Pines PUD -- Accurate district boundary; verified by LAFCO 2018
