This dataset represents grocery ans convenience stores in the state of Oklahoma that are in operation as of July 2017. The list was provided by Center for Advancement of Wellness and geocoded by the Health Care Information Division at the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH). The data were geocoded at street, street intersection and zip code level by address using the ESRI, ACOG, INCOG, Tiger data and online resources. The address used for geocoding was the physical address of the facility as reported by the Center for Advancement of Wellness office and Health Care Information. The data are current as of July 2017.
