CAB: Cabazon Conservation Area
CVSWCD: Coachella Valley Stormwater Channel and Delta Conservation Area
DTL: Desert Tortoise and Linkage Conservation Area
DP: Dos Palmas Conservation Area
EIH: East Indio Hills Conservation Area
EH: Edom Hill Conservation Area
HWY111: Highway 111/I-10 Conservation Area
IHP: Indio Palms Hills Conservation Area
LC: Long Canyon Conservation Area
MHOM: Mecca Hills/Orocopia Mountains Conservation Area
SRSJM: Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains Conservation Area

Description
10% Development Area: An area with a mandated 9:1 Conservation-to-Development ratio.
CVWD/RCFCWCD O&M: An area where Authorization for Acres of Disturbance of Habitat is provided for Covered Activities (operations and maintenance) described in Section 7.3 on Coachella Valley Water District and Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District land.
Fluvial Sand Transport Only: An area where development must mitigate for the natural flow of sand.
HANS: An area where the Habitat Evaluation and Acquisition Negotiation Strategy (HANDS) will be used to meet Conservation Objectives.
Highway 74 Density Transfer: An area where Riverside County shall work with landowners to transfer density from the east side of the highway to the west side of the highway to the maximum extent possible.
Morongo Wash Flood Control Corridor: Area subject to specific requirements due to habitat connectivity and flood control.
Special Provisions Required: An area with a unique requirement detailed in the "Required Measures" portion of the relevant Conservation Area's subsection.

Acreage (geodesic) is calculated using NAD 1983 California (Teale) Albers (Meters) and US Survey Acres.
