Hamer Center for Maps and Geospatial Information from the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Bureau of Geological Survey Library in 2021. Coverage includes Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Washington and Westmoreland counties. These photos were scanned at 800 dpi on an Epson Expression 11000 scanner by the Donald W. Hamer Center for Maps and Geospatial Information. These aerial photos were collected by Keystone Aerial Survey’s Inc for the Southwestern Pennsylvania Regional Planning Commission.
