Field Descriptions:

Project Name - Name of the project (some are generic if there is no name, eg. "Cannabis")
Project Type - Type of project by use. Note that the ones that say "Major Economic Development Plan" are the major projects from the City's website.
Project ID - Tied to ID number from Dan Hoffman's city council minutes spreadsheet, or South Kings GSP in cases of "Proposed Recharge Areas".
Project Source - Source of project information
