Description: Downloaded Block Island building footprint data here: https://bigis.maps.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?webmap=3a1af4669dec4c1484a4165fa9614e0e. I used the Feature Class to Geodatabase to save the layer in the BlockIsland gdb.
Note OBJECTID 449 (AVPID 2106) & 3065 (AVPID 0) overlap. I found that OBJECTID 449 (AVPID 2106) appeared most accurate so I deleted OBJECTID 3065 (AVPID 0). Note also on that same property OBJECTID 3064 & 3067 overlapped. The slightly larger OBJECT 3064 appeared to most closely align with satellite imagery size so I deleted OBJECTID 3067
